Studio Hopeful Final TWILIGHT Film Won’t Be Delayed Despite Local Violence
He plays a blood sucking vampire in the Twilight movies, but filming the latest installment may prove too dangerous even for Robert Pattinson. Pattinson, along with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were due to start filming The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn – Part 2 in Brazil within the next few weeks.
But due to last week’s violence in Rio De Janeiro where 35 civilians were taken hostage and one killed, police reportedly are urging Summit Entertainment to rethink their schedule.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Feeling Gloomy After Romantic Weekend
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart looked glum to be returning from a long weekend in Montreal together when they flew into Los Angeles Airport last night.
The pair failed to crack even the tiniest smile – with Ms Stewart making an obscene hand gesture to greet onlookers instead.
The Twilight-starring couple – who are rarely photographed together – jetted into LAX with Stewart, 20, sporting a checked shirt that looked like one that her beau used to wear, along with trendy Rayban Wayfarer sunglasses, jeans and Converse sneakers.
London-born heartthrob Pattinson, 24, meanwhile followed closely behind, also wearing sunglasses in a vain bid to go incognito, along with a baseball cap, combat trousers, Adidas trainers and Bob Marley T-shirt.
He was also nonchalantly carrying a guitar on his back – presumably having made sweet music with his girlfriend all weekend.
Perhaps channelling moody teen Bella Swan in the Twilight movies, pale and interesting Los Angeles lovely Kristen seemed so annoyed to be back home she flipped her middle finger to cameraman as she got into a waiting car with her boyfriend.
Robert had romantically flown out to join Kristen in Canada as she’s currently filming her starring role in a £28million adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s 1957 ‘beat generation’ novel On The Road there.
The eagerly-anticipated onscreen version of the cult literary classic is being executively produced by Francis Ford Coppola and directed by Walter Salles, the man behind 2004’s Che Guevara biopic The Motorcycle Diaries.

Twilight Fans Make Matt Lanter A Bit Nervous
“I really hope I don’t see Robert [Pattinson],” Matt joked to us on the carpet. But that wasn’t what really made him nervous…“I’m just kidding, Rob seems like a cool guy, I’m sure he’ll laugh about [the film]. I’ve heard he has a sense of humor about it all.”
“It was the Twilight fans, the Twi-hards, who I was really worried about,” Matt said, with a smile that rivals Taylor Lautner‘s pearly whites, might we add. “But they seem to like it actually. I think the Twilight fans have a sense of humor, so it’s making it that much more fun.”
“You get a couple of jokes here and there with other stuff, but it really follows Twilight pretty closely. If you’re a Twilight fan and know the movies you’re going to get a lot of the jokes. We make fun of Becca and Edward. [Kristen Stewart's] name is Becca, we couldn’t use the actual names except Edward and Jacob. We somehow got away with those. Bella Swan is Becca Crain in [Vampires Suck].”
“I actually did read Twilight. I read the book and watched the first couple of movies a lot so I get it,” he said about the franchise. “Even though we are making fun of them, we wanted to pick up on the mannerisms and body movements of the characters. It was fun!”
As for whether Lanter has had any negative feedback from the cast about their new movie, he says not yet.
“I’m not even sure if they all know about it.”

Robert Pattinson Visits Kristen Stewart On Set
With Kristen Stewart in Canada busy filming her new movie On The Road we thought it was only a matter of time until Robert Pattinson was spotted visting his rumoured beau on set.And lo and behold, it has been reported that Rob arrived in Montreal yesterday and headed to the set.
However, before we get too excited we need to consider the fact that Rob’s best mate, Tom Sturridge (phwoar) has also been cast in the movie…
It is possible Rob was just visiting his friend but we’d like to think Tom was just a cheeky bonus on his trip to see his girlfriend, KStew!
A representative for Tom confirmed to GossipCop that he was starring in the movie, saying: “He is filming in Canada at the moment for On The Road”.
Kristen and Tom have been spotted hanging out on the set and at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles last month.

Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene Will Attend 2010 Teen Choice Awards
Looks like the Teen Choice Awards’ strategy is paying off this year: nominate as many people as possible, that way you’ll get more celebs to attend your show. (Seriously, you guys, have you SEEN the nominees list? It’s like a novel.) Just confirmed to appear on the show (airing August 9), according to Gossip Cop: Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene (Twi-hards unite!), Sandra Bullock (who doesn’t love the lady?), and “Gossip Girl” Leighton Meester.Not that these recent confirmations are surprising in any way (what would a teen-centric award show be without R-Pattz?), but we’re wondering why the attendee list is so slow to trickle out! Already set to attend are Zac Efron (he’s got “Charlie St. Cloud” to promote, after all), Victoria Justice, Miranda Cosgrove, David Archuleta, and the Kardashian sisters (Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney for sure, no word on the younger ladies).
We’re still looking to see some “Harry Potter” stars, more musically inclined people besides Archie (J-Biebs, where you at?), and a bunch more TV stars to attend. Helloooooo, “Vampire Diaries” cast. And some Gleeks would be nice. Just saying.

Robert Pattinson: I Check Fan Sites To See What My Schedule Is
Robert Pattinson has revealed that he Googles himself.The Twilight star logs on to fan sites when he needs an update on his schedule because they’re so comprehensive.
‘It’s incredible how quickly they get information,’ explains Robert, 24.
‘Sometimes, I’ll check them to see what my schedule is, especially at the weekend when I can’t get through to my agency.’
Robert – who plays vampire Edward Cullen – admires how his fans have come together online.
‘It’s strange being in Twilight because so much of the fan base involves being on the internet and having a community with each other,’ he adds.

Robert Pattinson: Kristen Stewart “Doesn’t Hold Back”
Most would agree they are a match made in heaven, but even Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have their differences.
Opening up to a German newspaper, the Edward Cullen actor spoke of his “Twilight” co-star/real life lover, telling, “Kristen is always really good but also clearly speaks her mind. That can be a bit uncomfortable.”
He elaborated by saying, “After we shoot a scene she sometimes looks at the director and says, ‘Let’s do that again.’ If I did that she would probably kill me! She would probably say something like, ‘Shut up! The scene was perfect!’ ”
And as far as his hectic travel schedule goes, Rob says, “My home consists of three suitcases which I live out of. Everything is in there.”
