Twilight Stars get quizzed on Trueblood and other vampires

The number of times that True Blood cast mates have gotten questioned about their opinions on the Twilight saga is inestimable. Time and time again (see here if you want proof), True Blood castmates have had to speak for their perspectives on the Twilight characters, author, cast, and films, and this time, the tables were turned.

Cast members of The Twilight Saga: New Moon were interviewed by Extra TV’s Mario Lopez recently, and he quizzed the two “covens” about their experience and knowledge about pop culture vampire lore.

On the Volturi side, Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen did most of the talking, and for the Cullens’ team, Nikki Reed and Elizabeth Reaser seemed to lead the pack.

One of the most fun things about the interview was that it brought out the Twilight cast members’ opinions and knowledge about other vampire series, instead of it being the other way around.

Little known fact? Elizabeth Reaser and Nikki Reed, who’ve become great friends during the last leg of Twilight series filming with The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, have a joint affinity for True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard (who portrays Sookie’s other love interest Eric in the series).
